Rev. John Nkum
The Rev. John Nkum is an international consultant and trainer in Gestalt organization and leadership development and change management. He also consults, trains and facilitates processes internationally in strategic thinking, strategy development and project cycle management.
John has more than 30 years of consulting experience with international development cooperation agencies, regional bodies, national governments, civil society organizations and corporate entities. He is the founder and CEO of Nkum Associates, a firm based in Ghana that consults globally. He is also the CEO of Organization Development Centre-Ghana, a non-profit entity that has strengthened leadership and organizational capacity in many civil society and non-state actor organizations in Africa in the last 15 years.
John Nkum served for 15 years as a faculty member of the International Organization and Systems Development Program, and has been admitted into the founders’ circle of the Gestalt OSD fraternity. He is a founding partner of GestaltOD Partners and iGOLD Centre, and a core faculty member of the iGOLD program. John Nkum of is also certified for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) psychometric instrument by Otto Kroeger Associates, USA.
John Nkum is a retired minister of the Ghana Baptist Convention with a specialization in teaching and couples and family therapy.
